THE FOUNDATION LIVE: Love and Life coaching weekend workshop for women
3 day program based on The Foundation workshop.
We examine and identify individually held assumptions and limitations unique to each woman, as well as become more comfortable with communicating desires while we learn to be open when others express theirs. We discuss how our individual preferences, environment and culture can create possibilities within relationships as well as inhibit them.
In The Foundation, I use what I have learned from coaching clients, facilitating workshops, and researching psychology and sexuality to bring you a unique group program.
The Foundation is for women who are ready to explore and/or change the course of their intimate lives whether they are single or partnered. I am very excited to bring you information, help build community, and keep you accountable to your desires.
Get ready to dig deep, get real and have fun!
There is required pre-work and homework assigned before the weekend and in class activities.

se·cu·ri·ty [si-kyoor-i-tee] noun, plural se·cu·ri·ties.
1. freedom from danger, risk, etc.; safety.
2. freedom from care, anxiety, or doubt; well-founded confidence.
3. something that secures or makes safe; protection; defense.
4. freedom from financial cares or from want: The insurance policy gave the family security.
5. precautions taken to guard against crime, attack, sabotage, espionage, etc.: The senator claimed security was lax and potential enemies know our plans.
Security is a loaded word. Its sources are varied and one can build a resistance to the immediate dose.
What does security mean to you?
Where is its source for you? Is it emotional, financial, spiritual, physical or sexual? Some combination of all these? Is your dependence on one of these sources becoming problematic?
If you are ready to tap into the innate resources that you have in order to connect to an authentic feeling of security this workshop is for you!
