WORK WITH ME

You don't repeat the same relationship patterns by accident.

If you are self-aware — but still finding yourself in the same emotional dynamics in love, conflict, or connection — there is a pattern underneath that insight alone hasn't shifted.

My work helps you understand what is actually driving your relational choices,

and how to change them in real time.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • You are self-reflective, but still feel stuck in relational cycles

  • You tend to over-function, over-explain, or over-give in relationships

  • You confuse emotional intensity with emotional safety

  • You understand your patterns intellectually, but can't fully interrupt them

  • You often feel anxious, unclear, or destabilized in connection

My approach

I work at the intersection of psychology, relational dynamics, and emotional pattern recognition - helping you see your patterns as they unfold, understand what triggers them, and respond differently rather than react.

This isn't about abstract theory. It's about observable shifts in how you show up in relationships.

I hold an M.A. in Psychology from The New School and an M.P.H. in Sexuality and Health from Columbia University.

For over a decade, I've worked with individuals, couples, and groups exploring relational behavior, attachment dynamics, and emotional development.

Three ways to begin building better relationships.

Individual Coaching

Deep, focused work on your relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional responses in real time.

Format 1:1, virtual

Best for Individuals single or partnered.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME

Couples Coaching

For couples who want to understand and shift the dynamics that keep them stuck in repeating conflict or disconnection.

Format Joint Sessions, virtual

Best for Couples of all relationship structures.

Programs & Groups

Structured experiences designed to help you identify and shift relational patterns in a guided container.

Format Cohort-based, ongoing

Best for Learning alongside others.

We aren’t given a relational education, but rather a relational socialization. My work is about helping you understand why you already become the version of yourself that shows up in relationships - and giving you the tools to change the patterns that don’t serve you at its root.
